AGM 2026 – July 11, 2026 – Courtenay Airpark
Registration is open for the BCFA 2026 Annual General Meeting, to be held on July 11th at Courtenay Airpark on Vancouver Island. REGISTER HERE.

REGISTRATION
All members are requested to please register if there is any possibility that you will attend. That way we can properly plan for food and plane parking.
RUNWAY OPERATIONS
If you plan to fly in on amphibs or wheels, there is an 1800' paved runway at Courtenay (CAH3). Please consult the CFS for arrival and departure procedures.
WATER OPERATIONS
If you are flying in on straight floats to the water aerodrome (CBG9), please be aware that water operations are RESTRICTED BY TIDES. You will need to arrive the afternoon before on Friday July 10th sometime after 12:00pm. Comox tide station needs to have a prediction of 3 meters or more. Aircraft will be hauled out of the river by local airpark and BCFA members. Arrival time slots are to be reserved to avoid congestion on the river.
